• Eaves, soffit and fascia
• Gutters and downspouts
• Skylights, chimney, and other roof penetration
• Porches, decks, railings, and walkways
• Grading and drainage
• Foundations and crawlspaces
• Heating & cooling systems
• Plumbing systems
  •  Supply & drain functionality
  • Fixtures and faucets
• Electrical panel &  wiring, switches, fixtures and outlet functionality
  • GFCI & AFCI operation
  • Main disconnect & service amperage
• Fireplace damper, door, hearth, visual of chimney when possible
• Attic insulation, ventalation, roof support structure,
• Garage doors and operation

• Visual inspection of the property - interior and exterior
• Outdoor Air Sample - Mold spore count - in air reference
• Indoor Air Sample - one or more as needed to identify location and type of spores
• Lift Tape Sample - As needed
• Swab Samples - as needed
• Lab Analyses of all samples take
• Lab Report and Visual inspection Report  sent to customer
